ruffly topped skirt

Ruffles have been done to death but I still love them. Can I
confess something though? I made this skirt just a hair too
skinny so when I wear it, the ruffles get pushed out. That's
why you're seeing the ever popular clothes pin shot. Wish me
luck on my sit ups!

    Huh, this only just now popped up in my google reader, but I see it was posted quite a few days ago. Weird. Anyway, I think it's way adorable, and what good are flat ruffles anyway? :-) Did you use a pattern/tutorial or just make it up yourself? It's so cute! I want one, too!
