Kitchen face lift

I'm going to be honest this project was the most trying and emotionally damaging experience I've encountered in a long time. My kitchen was completely torn apart for four days. Four long miserable days filled with processed foods and take out.

About 3/4s of the way through I was hating the paint colors, and the removed cabinet doors! I figured I would just finish it up and live with my horrible mistake for awhile and then move. After finishing though, the only thing I hate is that I didn't bite the bullet sooner. I love love LOVE how my kitchen feels now. It's open, clean, and bright. Even husband (who grumbled about the face lift) said it looks much better.....and he's an engineer so that's huge!

And here's me trying in vain to NOT be seen. So awkward.

You know what's great about the mirrors? I can check my teeth before I answer the door! Brilliant!

PS.  I'm participating in American Crafter. There are some pretty amazing ladies this season,
so I hope you will take the time to vote for your favorites

  10. Taking the cabinet fronts off really made a HUGE impact. I wouldn't want to leave that kitchen any time soon :).
